I've used Steganos Internet Anonym and it really seems to work. It's easy to
set up and the user is given control over the interval in which the program
switches proxies (IPs).

As far as MP3's and Movies go I remember Kevin saying something about a
feature in Kazza Lite that blocks known RIAA ip addresses. I don't know how
much good it will do but I guess it's a start. I'm sure you could find
something in regards to this by searching GOOGLE.
However, I agree with the above poster. If your not doing anything you
shouldn't be doing there's really nothing to be worried about.
