Hum. Depends if it's for /everything/, or just one particular site.
http://www.codecutters.org/software/socketproxy.html will handle the latter
(and is just one of many similar proxies; it'll at least give you an idea of
what to Google for ;o)
As Martin pointed out, Ethereal will do a much more thorough job, but you'll
have to piece everything together manually. And you'll [probably] need to
run it on your main PC if you use a router.
