F-Secure has very good detection, since it uses 2 scanning engines (AVP
(from kaspersky) and F-Secure Orion.
Orion is the heuristic scanner which uses code emulation to detect unknown
viruses.
The only problem is F-Secure is rather slow and is a major resource hog.
Updates are frequent (daily every weekday).
I prefer NOD32 because it is much faster, is updated more often and has
superior heuristics.
