Nothing is foolproof, but www.netnanny.com and www.cybersitter.com
come to mind. You don't mention the ages, but I believe both have the
ability to log some IM services as well. Cybersitter also has a proxy
that will work with their software for networks (Might be cheaper to
buy ind. seats). They also have multi-seat business and educational
(maybe non-profit?) pricing. Not free, not "expensive."
PS: Don't put a real or important e-mail addresses in newsgroup posts,
not unless you like spam. You've got two of them in here. Mentioning
it, just in case (the indiana.edu and insightbb.com look like ones
you'd like to use, as opposed to my hotmail.com).
