PC Lock Program

We are a small independant retail store and have just had a computer
installed with products connected for customers to try. The pc has an
internet connection and may have sensative information stored. Is there a
program we can get that would allow us to control the PC ie request a
password to start IE or Outlook etc? Any suggestions would be appreciated
