Can anyone help with this?

I was disturbed at the amount of HD activity last night, and performed
a netstat -a command at the dos prompt. Amongst the returns was the
following:
TCP Peter:1142 dyke.uk.clara.net:nntp TIME_WAIT
 TCP Peter:1143 207.46.134.24:http TIME_WAIT
 TCP Peter:1144 207.46.134.24:http TIME_WAIT
 TCP Peter:1145 law14-f313.law14.hotmail.com:http
TIME_WAIT
 TCP Peter:1146 law14-f313.law14.hotmail.com:http
ESTABLISHED
 TCP Peter:1149 law14-f313.law14.hotmail.com:https
ESTABLISHED
Can anyone tell me what the lines starting law14-f313.law
14.hotmail.com:http ESTABLISHED mean.
I've run Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D without finding anything untoward.
