I'm looking for an encryption utility that I can us for encrypting files
that will be carried on a USB drive. PGP is good, but I need to carry the
decryption s/w with me. Cannot install PGP on any possible machine I might
need to use because of licensing.
I do not want to install s/w on the decrypting machine, just execute
something off the USB drive, so it needs to be small and portable. It does
not need to be DOD strength.
Any suggestions please?
