There is no such thing as 100% security. Nothing is perfectly secure.
Security isn't about perfection, its about obtaining "acceptable levels" of
risk.
Furthermore, the open source products have plenty of bugs and insecurities.
Microsoft is hardly alone in being insecure or buggy.
