www.netscape.com looked terrible in Netscape 4.7x prior to the Netscape
Corporation going tits up.

and with netscape itself gone....

the point is, there's no justifiable reason to base _anything_ on the
compatibility with something that 1) wasn't supported by the makers
themselves prior to the maker going under and 2) is no longer in
existence.

and no, I don't give a rats ass about the "but": "...there's thousands
of people still using netscape 4.7xxx." <-- that makes absolutely no
difference. times change, get over it and upgrade to something useful.
