  Pac-West supplies dialup connectivity for Netzero for at least the
Seattle area.

  Last time around, they forwarded the complaint to Netzero, who then
nuked her acct. Of course, Netzero being a free service, we either
have to wait until her 12 hours are up or until a few other's abuse@
complaints go thru the proper channels....whichever comes first.
