You should find a reputable computer forensics lab to counter the tests
run by the police lab. Seek an attorney immediately. You'll need the
expert witnesses of the forensics lab to get yourself out of this jamb.
Also note, the computer was accessible by several other people in your
absence, including, it looks like, your girl friend. How well do you
trust her? Why did she turn you in if she doesn't trust you?
