Think about that statement for a minute. What would you do to foil it.

All they would have to do is put the disk into another system.
make a complete disk copy, use the copy and start looking at it.

The only method at that point would to have all the data encripted.

Only other solution, replace your disk with ram, add switches which
disconnect power to ram if case is opened, and get an UPS to keep the
machine running and hope they do not know that you set it up that way.
