Close. TCP Port 135 is not used for NetBIOS name resolution. It's used
for MS-RPC communication, which is necessary for dynamically mapping
internal services to ports on as needed basis. NetBIOS Name Resolution
uses UDP Port 137 and DNS uses port 53.
