This would probably be the best option, however second to that comes Kazaa
Lite, which has only one file called cd_clint.dll responsible for
advertisements. You can still use both products (AA & SB) to remove all
other spyware from your machine and as long as you keep this file where it
is supposed to be and not erase it, you should have everything functioning
properly.
