So what you mean to say is that these people were basically doing no work
whatsoever. In this case, the problem was not what they might have been
doing on their "off time" but that there was nothing but off time. Why not simply
fire them for not doing their work? Were you so incompetent at tracking who
was producing that without spying on every net transaction, you couldn't figure
out that someone wasn't doing their assigned work?

What kind of slack fucking shop were you running? Or did you just like prying
and spying better than doing your own job?

What you are describing is behavior so out of line that it could not fail to show
itself obviously in performance. In this case, the performance should have been
the reason for termination. I have worked at a lot of places where performance
and production are highly competitive, and people were axed mercilessly for
any unjustified drop in performance. None of this required the kind of snooping
you seem to take a perverse pleasure in. Nor did it involve the sort of insufferable
holier-than-thou preaching you seem to love engaging in. Believe me, if I were
ever around a loser like you, I would have been the first to leave without you even
having to snoop the first packet.

You make me glad that I work for myself. I get paid by exactly what I produce.
What I do otherwise is my own business. Most people are not so lucky. They
have to work under small-minded, prying little creeps like you, who are too
incompetent to measure production but would rather go at it in indirect, sneaky,
cowardly fashions like snooping through every packet that anyone generates,
installing spy cams in bathrooms and otherwise making everyone's life a living
hell. You end up with the sort of incompetents you deserve working under you,
since nobody else will tolerate little shitsuckers like you.

In the French Revolution, it was the petty little tyrants like you who tasted the
guillotine. Society got along fine without you, and in fact modern American society
is due for another such bloodletting to improve the tone and tenor of daily life.
