This sounds like you're running a mail server on your machine
with an open relay.
or you or someone else has installed an smtp server,
which is being used by someone else to send spam.

If you don't know what I'm talking about,
check to see if your port 25 is open
https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2
and if it's not, then ignore this post,
and hope someone else has a better idea.
but if it is, then check for an open relay at
abuse.com (I think)
