Fraggle is something you don't see much anymore since most have port 7
blocked or the echo service disabled, but all it takes is one computer on
the subnet/network to not have it blocked and everyone else joins in. Smurf
attacks are a bit more frequent and more severe and seem to be on the rise
but most don't see them happening because they aren't logging or blocking
broadcast ICMP traffic.
