So far as I can tell, all this certifications are just another way to
amaze your potential employeer.
In practice, the best "certification" you can ever gain is to work in a
security consultance firm.
I am involved into security consultancy for most of asia pacific
governments and I never met certified people here. Clients explain this
quite simple - they have no clue what these cert programs will give to
you. The only thing they can trust is your actual experience in this field.
I mean, all this cert stuff can only be considerd as @basic academic
background".
