If the OS is 9x I don't know of anything.
If it is WindowsNT or above the System logs would show the data and time
changes ( if they haven,t aged out).
If your network has a firewall the IT dept may have logging in place for web
activity. If so they should be able to provide a report of the "real times"
when sites were visited.
