Not at all. He just bumped up against somebody who is bigger than him
and can easily afford to call his bluff.
If he didn't hand over the source code to the Chinese, then he was
simply going to be shut out of a large developing market.
Isn't it ironic though, that a communist state appears to be doing
more to further the cause of anti-competative practices then western
democracies?
