Why don't you install both. You'll need to reformat the drive to
remove XP first (and making sure you remove any strange partitions you
might find lurking there with fdisk), split the disc into two
partitions, install w2k on the first partition and XP on the second.
W2K needs to be installed before XP for dual-booting to work properly.
