2.) There are adventages to both, "Stealthed" means no reply so atleast it
appears thats the box is down to the kiddies, and the box can't be used
in a man in the middle DoS (you spoof the victims IP and send a packet to
a closed port, so for every packet that you DoS the man in the middle the
victim you are spoofing also gets hit). But it is quite annoying waiting
a long time for no reply, "stealth" is probably better.
