(testing http://megahz.cyhackportal.com/hey.html )
Win98
IE 5.0 ( 5.00.2314.1003 ) opened site just fine
IE 5.5 ( 5.50.4522.1800 ) couldn't resolve the address
IE 5.5SP2 ( 5.50.4807.2300 ) couldn't resolve the address
IE 6 ( 6.0.2600.0000, with all patches ) couldn't resolve the
address
Win2000
IE 6 ( 6.0.2600.0000, with all patches ) couldn't resolve the
address
("couldn't resolve" all gave res://shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm )
Was this an issue in some obscure IE5.01 version or did I miss something ?
It most certainly seems fixed by now, unless we're being left out on crucial
details about your testing environment.
