FWIW it's just a listing of the actual command history for the CLI, you can
see this if you just hit multiple F7's but _without_ the returns as well.
Looks similar to:

0: ping 10.0.0.1
1: nslookup example.com

etc etc - the CLI window sometimes dies, but can be terminated without any
ill effect, crashes or reboots. (This was Win2K Pro (UK) SP2 + Latest blah
blah.
