OSCP is a very good Cert/training program. Not black hat. Recommended
by HD Moore, Kevin Mitnick and others.

The creators have their own podcast called Social Engineering Podcast
and they are the creators of BackTrack.

In any day I would recommend OSCP, It is very practical and has online lab. Plus to pass you need to simulate the actual test and create a report.
