This isn't a right/wrong situation. Load sharing is generally used when you have either 1) smaller budget, need to buy multiple cheaper boxes, or 2) extremely high throughput needs, that cannot be met by one HA cluster. HA is often easier to configure, and manage, and performance is obvious in the event of a primary box failure. Load sharing though is also good if deployed correctly, and capable of far higher throughput overall. This is more along the lines of "What is better, blondes or brunettes?" Either option works well, it's all about your own personal preferences, choose wisely and be happy with what you have chosen.
