Greg,
You can also use scanners such Nexpose (http://www.rapid7.com), Nessus (http://www.nessus.org) or nikto (http://cirt.net/nikto2) to check for vulnerabilities, not only web but all other types of vulns.
Best Regards.

Hello fellow security folks,
I am trying to put together a tool kit which contains resources (websites) that check website for malicious content, bad weblinks etc? A few websites that I am aware of are http://urlblacklist.com/ and McAfee’s siteadvisor http://www.siteadvisor.com/
I value any feedback or knowledge that you great folks in these forums can provide.
Thx,
Greg
