Dynamic DNS is what I would suggest. Are these remote sites going to be using tunnels to gain access to the main HQ network? If so.. then they can access it all locally via IPSEC. If the traffic is done via tunnels, then all your traffic will come from a known source. No need for dynamic DNS then.
