There are a number of ways you can do this in Windows. Sysinternals'
Psloggedon (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897545.aspx)
shows users currently logged on to a computer (remote or local
logins); this tool can be run to query a remote system for current
logins. NBTSTAT -a remote_host or NBTSTAT -A remote_IP should display
the name table of the remote machine should, under normal conditions,
display who is currently logged in. Or, you can try this vbscript:
