Data mining tool

Small quick question.

I once used a tool that could crawl a web site and extract useful information
for a initial RECON phase. Like phone numbers, fax numbers, email address and
so on.

I cant find that tool anymore, I remember it was free. I tried to search a
and got a bunch of paying software nothing coming close to what I want.

Any id?
(free would be essential)
