That's a great point, but you do need to supply ISC2 with the following:
YOUR RESUME/CV. Please be specific in these regards: list the name of
your employer, your tenure and your title. Briefly describe your duties
specifically as they pertain to the CISSP CBKR domains. If you have a
college
degree, please list it along with name of the institution issuing the
degree.
You are required to have 48 months of qualified work experience and the
degree can count as 12 of those months; the remaining 36 can be garnered
from your
employment. In the absence of a degree, the entire 48 months must come
from
your work history.

Just a quick add, don't overthink the 4 years' experience requirement. You
need that experience in any one (or more) of the 10 domains. Honestly, if
you're a desktop support jockey for 4 years and you do some sort of security
as part of your work (do you manage passwords and/or respond to spyware
incidents?), you can still qualify. Realistically, anyone with 4 years'
experience in IT.
