infosec training

Can any member of this group compare ISACA's Computer Audit, Control
and Security (CACS) course to a SANS training course? I am looking for
training opportunities for this year and am familiar with the SANS
courses and format.

I am open to other training as well. If you can recommend others and
let me know how they rate, then please reply.
