I've just tried p0f but I'm not impressed, it spewed lots of stuff, but little accuracy and information in relation to the volume.
Think I'll stick to my old favourite nmap...
feel free to correct me if you think p0f is great. I guess it's advantage is that it is passive as opposed to nmap having to go out and scan everything...
