Hi Andrew,

this is a very interestin question, scince i am searching for spyware
firewalls and USEFULL antiv-virus, too.
But one thing i can tell you: The only possible anti-virus software for
new Intel-Macs is still ClamXAV. And this is really bad. ClmaXAV is buggy
and when you try to configure the folders to be watched, you have to
specify each subfolder und subsubfolder separately.
That's all I know so far.

Hi all,

Have been asked to finf the best solution for anti-virus and s/ware
firewall
for Macs. I'm more of a PC man myself so could do with some guidance!

Norton Internet Security isnt an option since its not compatible with
Tiger
(apparantly!)

The two macs in question are a PowerPC iBook and one of the new iMacs.

I'm ideally looking for an easy to handle solution since the two users are
both fairly non-savvy.
