Nokia P60 and P80 security question

Hi there
Regarding these Nokia handheld devices, is there an easy way to encrypt (using built in or third party solution) the info held on them, similar to say Safeboot for laptops, such that it is transparent for users (ie easy), but, if the device gets into the wrong hands the info is safe?
We're concerned that while data maybe transported to the device securely by whatever means (say email), once its decrypted and stored locally on the device the data becomes vulnerable.
Thanks
Mike
