I personally use SafeGuard from Utimaco.
You'll have a totally transparent full HD encryption. You can set
password strength policies, and even use tolken. You can setup for
several user login/password and even do some network administration .
I think it is a very nice program and worth to try ( but I don't think
it will turn on Unix).
