    Well, i'm not sure about BartPE being 2nd best if take in account the price?

    And the latter is adjustable to your own needs, that is a plus in my book.
    All the apps on the winternals CD are also on Bart's PE.
    But, then again i've never used the AdministratorsPak.

    you can burn custom windows cd with the software you need to fix the PC

    Barts is number two i would say.

    Barts PE has shown up in a few MSpress
    Books on 2000/XP/2003 OS installment books.
