    Even if this is a bad practice - lots of organisations do it - it is
    easier

    Security 101. Only stupid people allow admin privs to their users.
    Admin privs are special, and should only be used or logged on with when
    and where appropriate.

    If you dont follow Security 101, that's your own fault.
