As for forbidding comparisons, I don't think they can do that as it
restricts free speech. Even if they have that in the ELUA you could make
a case that if they're having the products reviewed in PC MAG (which
they do) than they've set a precedent.

I think you'll find that most of those companies forbid comparisons in
their EULAs and end user agreements...
