    One I've started trying recently is KeePass at
    http://keepass.sourceforge.net/ that runs on windows. Another one I
    was considering looking into but haven't actually tried yet is
    Password Safe at http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net (can't say
    anything about is as I haven't tried it though).
