    Might I suggest a copy of Tom Limconcelli & Christine Hogan's <A

    TARGET="_blank">The Practice of System and Network
    Administration</A>--he covers creating security policies and such.

    It's an amazing reference book--it's been on my shelf since it was
    published! :)
