            i don't know for 100% what you mean with reading dynamic acl's, but maybe you
            want to look at the openbsd [1] firewall pf [2]. this higly flexible firewall
            handles dynamic tables onto which ip addresses can be dynamically added and
            removed by scripts and other tools.
