    I guess you could use an encrypted runas program to run the appropriate s/w
    in another context (i.e. local admin). See

    Can't vouch for it since never used it but seems to have got reasonable
    reviews :) There's also paid alternatives if you are scared about freebies -
    google for it.

    Can power user unlock the local user account?
    I tried cusrmgr utility to write bat file but it still needs local admin
    rights.

    Does anybody know how to make power user to unlock the local user account?
