I'm not sure offhand if it will read IIS Logs, but maybe you could modify it
to do so if you have PHP installed.

I was wondering if there were some freewares displaying IIS logs in
graphical mode. Something like Webalizer.
I am interested in having some statistics on for instance how many times a
page has been requested, how many users accessed the index file, top 10 or
whatever of the best requested files ...
