    The worldwide companies like Microsoft, IBM, etc, force you, to give a small
    and simple IQ test with a lot of Culture fair questions (Culture fair
    Questions=Shapes and ways that you handle these shapes to make a true
    result). This is one part of the picture; another is tests and reports about
    your technical background. I hope I help you a little bit.
