    Backups are a good starting point, but in case of disaster you
    need a compatible platform where to load your backups.

    Given a limited budget, you should consider a "Mutual Aid
    Agreement" with another business (possibly not in the same
    market and not in same area) with a compatible technological
    platform. In case you suffer a disaster they host your data and
    applications and viceversa (possibly with some degradation of
    performance, but going slow is better than not going at all....).
