The resolved address for this url (64.74.96.248) is in a block owned by
internap.com, which is flagged by Spews, Blackholes.us and FiveTen as

The Ultimate Boot CD (http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/) has a nice utility
to allow you to reset the Admin or any other accounts passwords. It also
have many other utilities for HDs, partitioning, boot managers, mem
diagnostics, bios password recovery, and antivirus. All on one nice
bootable cd. A must have.
