They can also upload sensitive company data to their freemail accounts
Haji, therefore bypassing your normal email content filtering rules.

    Subject: disallow freemail

    hi list,

anybody blocking or having a security policy that
disallow users from using freemail (yahoo, hotmail,
    etc)?

what are security threat that freemail poses to
    corporate network?

One threat is that users will be able to download
malicious files, bypassing security measure at a mail
    gateway. Any more ideas?
