    IBM provides a web-based service at:
    http://www-912.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/fcgui.jsp

    We use it, the AIX 'instfix' command and a spread*** to track
    patches. We also subscribe to IBM's patch notification service.

    It's a simple X11 application to download the patches you want.
