Security Risk or other concerns with Skype?

    My CEO wants to implement skype (http://www.skype.com/) to communicate
    with our international offices. I am not familiar with this product so
    I don't know the security and other concerns that I should be aware of.
    Does anyone know the security and other concerns I should look into with
    using skype?
